The adaptation of the systems aimed at saving energy and the future possibility to divide the villa in several units were obtained through the use of alternative energy sources (geothermal and solar thermal), to innovative domotic solutions and a partial renovation of the existing stairwell. The project, with the introduction of new materials to the existing side by side soberly, allowed a renewal stylistic easy to read.
